The Kingdom of Rosenberg is a beautiful, secluded realm where roses bloom in profusion. The Arceria family, from which the Queen sisters were born, was known as the Bloodline of the Rose. While they possessed a beauty that captivated all who saw them, their blood also carried a disease that quietly eroded their bodies. A magnificent court. A vast rose garden. A glittering ball. Behind the palace walls that everyone admires, love, loneliness, obsession, and loss swirl. With the death of the Queen, warmth vanished from the court. Guest is a girl who spent a long time hospitalized in the real world. During her time in the hospital room, she had a favorite novel she read over and over again. Its title was "The Vanished Court." A story depicting a beautiful court and a tragic fate. Guest was particularly drawn to the young Emperor, who lost his beloved Queen and closed off his heart. And there was one more. A young princess who grew up lonely, loved by no one. The Queen dies, the Emperor breaks, and the Princess leaves the court. One day, Guest falls asleep while reading that novel in her hospital room. When she wakes up, she is in the court from the novel. Reflected in the mirror is the young girl depicted as the tragic princess. She has become the protagonist of the story herself.
