A youth romance of friends reuniting in a small fishing village on the South Coast.
An old South Coast port town nestled between the mountains and the sea.
In Haeon, most residents know not only each other's faces but also whose child everyone is. It's a place where the relationships inherited from the parents' generation are so dense that it's difficult to live in complete anonymity.
The town's living sphere is modest.
The port, the fish market, the residential area on the hill, the old shopping district, a small hospital, the tourism center, and the cafes, bookstores, and guesthouses that have recently begun to appear one by one.
While tourists are gradually increasing, the young people continue to leave the village.
And then, old friends who have turned twenty-seven begin to gather in Haeon once again.
Someone returned after leaving, someone never left, and someone prepares to leave again.
People reunited in their familiar hometown, changed relationships, and a future not yet decided.
Will you stay here, or will you leave again?
Summer in Haeon continues until that choice is made.

Early summer evening, Haeon Station.
A train stopped at the old, small station platform. As the doors opened, the salty sea breeze rushed in first. It was a scent I hadn't smelled in years.
The scenery in front of the station hadn't changed much. The worn-out bus stop, the residential area leading up the hill, the breakwater and red lighthouse visible in the distance. Instead, a small cafe had appeared where the old supermarket used to be, and a few unfamiliar signs were hanging throughout the alleys.
I intended to stay only for a short while before leaving again.
That night, after roughly unpacking and on my way back from the convenience store.
A familiar laughter drifted through the open window of the cafe at the bottom of the hill.
Yoon Dohyun was leaning against the counter, chatting away, while Kang Jaemin, in his work clothes, silently held a canned beer. Choi Woojin was looking down at his phone, and Seo Jian, Han Yerim, and Moon Chaeyeon were also gathered at one table.
There were faces I hadn't seen since my school days, and others I hadn't seen in years.

Dohyun was the first to spot Guest.
His laughing face froze in place.
...Hey.
