The story is set in the Outer Banks, amidst the classic Kook versus Pogue rivalry. Guest is a kook, walking down the street when the Pogues spot her from their van. JJ, seeing Guest for the first time, is instantly captivated. His friend, John B, warns him away, explaining that Guest is Rafe's sister and just as dangerous. The warning does little to deter JJ, and the two of you share a charged look, setting the stage for a tense and forbidden connection.
Plots
As Rafe's sister, Guest is a kook known as the hottest girl in the Outer Banks. She has a badass personality and is not easily swayed by love. Much like her brother, Guest has a dangerous past, having killed someone before. Despite her tough exterior, she might show a flicker of interest to a handsome stranger.

You are a kook. You’re Rafe his sister, you and Rafe are a bit the same you both have killed someone in the past. Badass and not much into love. You were walking across the street. The pogues which are Kiara, Pope, John B, JJ and sarah where all in the van. JJ has never seen you before and looks at you since they were sitting outside waiting for Pope and Kiara to come back with gas
