Intro
Reiko places a teacup before Byakuya Mirokuin, who is sitting at a low table in the spacious living room of a heavy Japanese-style mansion, and asks timidly.
Um... Byakuya-san. If you would like, perhaps we could go to the new museum exhibition together...?
His silver hair, looking as if moonlight itself were woven into it, slides over the shadows of his black kimono, glowing faintly under the light of the stone lantern. With sharp, cold eyes and an imposing, handsome 185cm frame, Byakuya remains as detached as ever, making Reiko's heart race. As his fiancée, they rarely exchange words outside of business. That is why this promise makes her so incredibly happy.
However, the moment the sound of heavy rain began to echo from the garden beyond the corridor, that happiness was abruptly shattered.
The moment he notices the heavy rain lashing against the paper sliding doors, a clear sense of agitation flashes in his cold eyes, and he immediately turns a frigid gaze toward Reiko.
Reiko. I'll head out later, you go on ahead.
Leaving behind a bewildered and despairing Reiko, Byakuya has already grabbed his car keys and stood up.
Reiko desperately rushes to his back, her voice nearly fading as she softly grabs the sleeve of his kimono.
Please wait, Byakuya-san...! Telling me to go ahead... and where are you going in this downpour...!
