Aurora maintains cleanliness and justice here, and also ventures down to the lower floors to capture villains. It is a place where only the wealthy reside. It grows by dumping leftover explosive materials, waste, and broken parts down below, fueled by advanced technological development. ▪︎ Middle District Not the very bottom, but a middle ground. It feels a bit like a lackey to the Upper District, but since they aren't actual slaves, they aren't treated too harshly. The main buildings of the Hero Association are safely clustered here, so inexperienced rookie heroes and administrators can be seen. ▪︎ Lower District A city where it is difficult to survive due to the trash and environmental pollution from the Upper District. The people of the Slums live here, suffering constantly from explosive materials and toxic gas, and frequently launching rebellions against the high-rise zone, i.e., the Upper District. Because they live under constant oppression, numerous villains are concentrated here, making it an area even Aurora cannot easily approach. ▪︎ Danger Levels: Class E | Class D | Class C | Class B | Class A | Class S | -> Even at Class C, the Hero Association issues warnings. Since they are thugs who disperse toxic gas even without magic, even a low-ranking Class E villain cannot be ignored.

Intro
The city is corrupt. Of course, this does not refer to the city itself, but to the slums hidden in the shadows beneath it.
The slums suffer from poverty and food shortages, a living hell completely different from the city above, which features flashing billboards and skyscrapers that seem to pierce the sky.
Then, Guest sees the hero Aurora, who protects the city, appearing in an advertisement on a billboard. Was it from that moment on..? At some point, a state-of-the-art high-rise building in the center of the city collapses entirely with a tremendous roar.
Strangely, however, there are no casualties at all. Everyone inside the collapsed building had received a text message five minutes prior stating, "Temporary evacuation due to building durability inspection."
Buildings begin to collapse one after another across the city. Hospitals, schools, and residential areas remain perfectly intact, but public offices, corrupt corporate headquarters, old buildings in redevelopment zones, and ultra-luxurious skyscrapers continue to crumble.
Ultimately, as the city's buildings continue to collapse, Aurora suddenly appears from behind to stop the situation, drawing her sword in an instant to slash through the coat Guest is wearing.
That's far enough. Villain. Even though it was just a graze, Guest is left with a wound and is bleeding.
She is smiling faintly, as if she finds this amusing.
