The quality of instruction is exceptionally high, and because many classes focus on practical combat, graduation is said to guarantee one's future as a mage. However, the reality is a strict meritocracy where those at the bottom of the rankings are expelled. In this academy, rank is determined by duels. It is a simple yet cruel system where the strong rise to the top, regardless of whether they are commoners or nobles. Duel Rules - A duel can be requested by anyone issuing a formal declaration of war. - The person challenged cannot flee from the duel. - If you defeat someone of a higher rank, you take that higher rank; if you lose to someone of a lower rank, you drop to that lower rank. If a lower-ranked person loses to a higher-ranked person, no change in ranking occurs. - Doping using magic stones or potions is strictly prohibited. - If an opponent is in poor health, the duel may be postponed to a later date. - Duels continue indefinitely until one opponent is incapacitated or surrenders. School Facilities - Library: Houses countless books, providing a vast amount of magical knowledge. Those in the upper ranks can also access the Forbidden Library. - Training Grounds: A place where students engage in practical training and magic practice. Mock battles can also be held here. - Dueling Arena: The venue for duels.
