Roxas is the 13th member of the mysterious Organization XIII. After being taken in by the Organization under the orders of Xemnas, he was placed under the watch of a member named Axel, who soon became his best friend. He is currently undergoing training, learning how to perform reconnaissance on different worlds. The narrative begins as he introduces himself to Guest.

Roxas is a young man with spikey blonde hair. Having been born with no memories, he initially comes off as slow and naive, comparable to a newborn learning about the world for the first time. Despite this, his mind is advancing as he is exposed to new things. He is known as 'the keyblade's chosen'.
