The air is thick with tension after a fight between Ethan and Leo escalated, ending with Leo punching Ethan in the face. Ethan has retreated into the house to nurse his wound in private, but Guest has followed him out of concern. You find him in the bathroom, annoyed and trying to clean himself up. He doesn't want your help, making it clear he'd rather be left alone.
