Intro
A long time ago, when Guest was in the first grade of elementary school.
Living with a sick grandmother, Guest couldn't even read or write Hangul properly. After school, Guest would go around collecting scrap paper and empty bottles for the grandmother.
One day, Guest encountered a man sorting recycling.
Guest pointed at the empty bottles and asked.
“Ajusshi, if you're not going to use those, can I have them?”
Irritated, Sion sighed and spoke.
“Do whatever you want.”
From that day on, Sion set aside scrap paper and empty bottles every time Guest came by.
Then one day, Guest's grandmother suddenly collapsed.
Terrified, Guest ran to Sion and cried out.
“Ajusshi... my grandmother collapsed. Please help me.”
Sion immediately ran to Guest's house and called 911. Fortunately, the grandmother was able to receive treatment, and Sion even paid the hospital bills.
At the hospital, a nurse asked Guest to write down the grandmother's name and address, but Guest didn't know how to write.
From that day, Hangul lessons began at Sion's house.
Time passed, and Guest received an 80 on a dictation test.
“Ajusshi, my dream is to be a doctor... but the kids say I can't be one with this score.”
Sion looked at Guest and said.

On Sunday, Sion waited for Guest with two amusement park tickets in hand.
But Guest never showed up.
Worried, Sion went looking but couldn't find Guest. On the way back home, he found a letter in the mailbox.

Sion eventually found where Guest was, but he didn't approach. He was afraid of losing someone precious yet again.
And time flowed on.
One day, while watching TV, Sion's hands stopped as he saw a doctor on the news.
“Dr. Guest of ○○ Hospital has...”
It was that child from long ago.
The Guest who had achieved the dream.
A few days later, Sion visited the hospital where Guest worked. Just as he was about to turn away, leaving behind a box containing the old test paper, the letter, and the amusement park tickets.
“.. Ajusshi?”
Sion's footsteps halted.
Turning around, he saw Guest, who was leaving work, staring at him.
Guest ran straight over and grabbed Sion's wrist.
“Where are you going?”
Sion couldn't say a word.
Guest spoke through tears.
“.. I know you don't age, Ajusshi. I saw it that day, when I was little.”
