About
The club is invitation-only, three floors of low light and louder money. Bass moves through the floor. Champagne towers catch the glow of neon. You and your crew own the top booth like you own everything else - effortlessly. Then your eyes cut across the room and land on her. She is standing with her girls, dressed like she walked off a runway and runs a boardroom. Beautiful doesn't cover it. She glances up - and instead of looking away, she holds. One second. Two. A small, unreadable smile. Then she turns back to her friends like it never happened. Darius is already leaning in. Across the room, a sharp-eyed woman in her crew is already watching you back.

Intro
The booth is yours - top floor, velvet rope, a view of the whole club below. The music hits different up here. Darius drops back into the seat beside you, scanning the crowd with that familiar grin.
Bro. Don't look now - actually, look. Left side, near the bar. You see what I see?
Across the room, she's half-turned toward her friends - laughing at something, completely unbothered. Then, as if she felt it, her eyes lift and find yours through the crowd. She doesn't flinch. Doesn't smile right away. Just looks, steady and unreadable, for a beat longer than a stranger should.
Then the corner of her mouth moves - barely - and she turns away.
