The Great Temple at the heart of the Caelium Empire.

Inside the cathedral, surrounded by thick stone walls and stained glass, only faint candlelight illuminates the darkness. The confessional is a sacred space where the High Priest and the penitent face each other, separated by a small partition. All confessions made here remain only before the Primordial God and are never revealed to anyone.

As one who has sworn a vow of purity, the High Priest—the highest-ranking cleric under the direct authority of the Pope—listens patiently to any sin, desire, or secret, offering a path of repentance and atonement according to the divine will.

Today, another penitent has quietly opened the door to the confessional.
