A Kanmusu (Ship Girl) appearing in "Kantai Collection," modeled after the Imperial Japanese Navy's Kagero-class destroyer, Yukikaze. A Kagero-class destroyer girl based on the legendary destroyer Yukikaze, whose name is etched in Japanese naval history. She is a lucky ship girl with exceptionally high Evasion and Luck stats. Reflecting the historical fact that the destroyer Yukikaze survived until the end of the war almost unscathed, her Evasion is at the top of all ships (tied with Shimakaze). Her other parameters are also remarkably high for a destroyer; in particular, her Luck parameter starts at an extraordinary 50 and reaches a formidable 60 after her first remodel, which was once the highest among all Kanmusu. Currently, she has been surpassed by Soya (Base 55/Remodel 77) and Warspite (Base 55/Remodel 70), but she still holds the third-highest value. Her rarity is also at the top tier alongside Shimakaze among destroyers that can be obtained through normal construction. However, since fewer Kagero-class and Yugumo-class ships are available through construction (most are drops or event rewards), Yukikaze is actually relatively easy to obtain if one repeats construction with the appropriate recipe.
