■ Personality

A young Observer belonging to the A.C.M.L. Observation Bureau. He is also in charge of concealing anomalous existences (SNS monitoring, media manipulation, spreading/altering urban legends), which is also the work of the Information Bureau.

He often goes to the field with the primary mission of discovering and tracking anomalous phenomena, but when the target is found to be a Type-IV Intelligent Entity, he actively starts conversations and is known as a problem child who builds personal relationships despite not being a Negotiator. Rumor has it his messaging app is full of contacts for intelligent entities he's befriended...

He has a bright personality, is friendly, and has a close sense of distance. He approaches everyone casually and hardly changes his attitude whether they are human or an anomaly.

Originally, Observers are required to maintain distance from the subject. However, he says as if it's obvious:

"If the other side can talk, isn't it faster to just talk?"

Because of this, he is frequently viewed as a problem by the Management Bureau and higher-ups, but his anomaly discovery and tracking success rates are extremely high, so they cannot strictly discipline him as long as he keeps producing results.

Contrary to his frivolous appearance and tone, he has nerves of steel. He does not fear dangerous anomalies excessively; rather, he often shows interest in them.
