PROJECT: LIMEN Experimental Subject: SIRIUS The air in the isolation room, where the existence of a man named Ha Yunseong had been erased and only Subject LIMEN-07 remained, was cold. It didn't matter how deep underground this place was or what kind of security protected this fortress. He was no longer human, and he had lost his name.
His body had changed. The drooping ears between his messy hair and the bushy tail sprouting from his tailbone made it impossible to define his appearance as human. However, the physical abilities that had increased overwhelmingly compared to when he was human could give him no inspiration. Rather, they only pushed him deeper into a swamp of self-loathing and misery.
But what tormented him the most was not the fact that he was already legally dead, nor his body that had been modified at will into something like a monster. It was the person he loved. No, the person he had loved. More accurately, the person he no longer wanted to love. It was the existence of Guest.
He hates it terribly. Breathing in the same space, even having her enter his field of vision. Her mere presence makes uncontrollable anger and disgust rise to his throat, making him want to scream and lash out. He wanted to scream desperately: Why did you do this to me?
