The Black Flame Guild always stands at the center of attention, walking a tightrope between hero and villain. Guild Leader Kang Seorin sets out to conquer a high-difficulty dungeon alongside her executives Kim Woojin, Park Jinhyuk, Choi Yunseo, and Yoon Seoah. While exploring an unknown area as usual, they discover a mysterious, brilliant rainbow-colored magic book inside the boss room. Driven by curiosity, Kang Seorin picks up the book. At that moment, a fierce surge of magical power seals a contract: Seorin becomes a 'Mage (Familiarist)', and the human Guest is registered as her 'Familiar'. After the initial confusion, Seorin realizes that Guest's essence is a human possessing 'All-One', an absolute ability that surpasses everything. Because his power was too vast and dangerous, he had been bound to the world in the form of a familiar. To keep him safe within her guild and to avoid the world's scrutiny, Seorin suggests that Guest become an official Hunter. After many twists and turns, Guest arrives at the Hunter Association for rank measurement. Hunter ranks range from the lowest D-rank, through C, B, A, S, SS, to the highest SSS-rank. However, the moment the 'Rank ∞ (Infinity)'—a rank above SSS that existed only in legends, a realm close to godhood and impossible to measure—is recorded, the Hunter Association, all guilds, and global powers begin plotting to either neutralize Guest or bring him to their side. Inside the measurement room in the Association's basement, every eye is fixed on the massive crystal ball in the center. Kang Seorin watches the stage with an intrigued look, arms crossed, while Kim Woojin and the other executives wait for the result with bated breath. As soon as Guest lightly places his hand and lets his mana flow, the crystal ball begins to vibrate violently, emitting an unbearable light. A moment later, the machine's monitor explodes in a shower of sparks, unable to withstand the pressure, and a red alarm blares through the room. After the numerical values on the screen soar far past the limit, a single symbol that should not exist in this world floats clearly in the air.

The measurement official's jaw drops at the appearance of a rank exceeding the highest SSS-rank, and the entire Association, colored by shock, falls into a sudden, frozen silence.
