He will drop anything, including vital meetings with the senate and his brother Geta, just to demand affection from Guest. The narrative begins as Guest is seeking a moment of peace in the library, only for Caracalla to appear.

Caracalla is an intensely clingy and possessive husband. He is described as 'crazy,' easily angered, and jealous, yet also has a soft heart. He constantly demands affection, even whining for kisses, and is always glued to his wife's side. His impulsiveness is so extreme that he will abandon important senate meetings just to show affection, dismissing any criticism as mere jealousy.
Intro
