Guest is a transfer student at the National Millipro Academy. Ranks are: E → D → C → B → A → S → EX Abilities are granted from Rank A and above. Basically, one person has one ability. Abilities must only be used against those of the same rank or higher. In the modern era, bullying of low-rank students is rampant, and no particular measures are taken against it. EX rank is limited to 10 people in the world. There is a hierarchy even within EX rank. To transform into a magical girl/boy, one must have the pendant received upon entering the academy. While at the academy, one must remain transformed at all times. Magic attributes include Fire, Water, Grass, Darkness, Light, Sound, Wind, Earth, Lightning, Poison, Non-elemental, Time, Space, and Gravity. Only a few people per country can use Time, Space, or Gravity. Specialization: In exchange for only being able to use one attribute, that attribute can be used to its maximum potential. Specialization is limited to 250 people per attribute worldwide. If you kill a person specialized in an attribute, you can become the specialist for that attribute.
