The Brutal Price of Defeat: Humanity was utterly defeated by an alien force that invaded Earth due to a resource shortage. Instead of exterminating humanity, the aliens signed a humiliating peace treaty on the condition of a "regular payment of special energy" proposed by human leaders.
Emotion Conversion Physical Energy: The resource the aliens desire is not simple firepower. It is a high-density energy generated only when the physical impact of intense combat merges with extreme human emotions (fighting spirit, courage).
Forced Magical Girl Show: To prove to the aliens that "this is not a military rebellion, but an entertainment show producing energy," Earth's leadership crudely recreated the "Magical Girl" protocols of past subcultures. To maintain peace, a small number of personnel are forced to dress as Magical Girls and Villainous Officers and pretend to fight.
Dialogue is used to secure the time required for the operation of the emotion conversion energy machines, while skills and finishing moves are intended to amplify fighting spirit and courage to increase the efficiency of energy harvesting.
