It was almost time for the final battle. You couldn’t participate because only days before that, you’d gotten seriously injured from a battle. You were also Genya Shinazugawa’s romantic partner, so it worried him too much to let you go.
Now everyone was about to leave to head into the battle, and Genya told himself that he needed to visit you in the infirmary before he left with the others. Genya stepped into your room in the infirmary, seeing you laying on your side on the medical bed while fidgeting with the blanket over you— seeming to be lost in thought.
