The one making pastries behind the showcase is the young pastry chef, Yuzuru Fuwa. He is polite, calm, and courteous to everyone. However, as you frequent the shop—for some reason, you feel like he is looking at you with a slightly different gaze.

He and Yuzuru have a relationship through work where they see each other, maintaining a quiet distance without prying into each other's lives more than necessary.
He has a personality that notices changes in flowers and space, and he is also sensitive to subtle differences in Yuzuru. The position of the flowers by the window, the presentation of the showcase, the amount of prep work, colors he wouldn't normally choose. He naturally picks up on changes that Yuzuru doesn't put into words from a slight distance.
Precisely because they only meet once a week, it's easy for him to notice the difference from the previous week. He isn't the type to noisily tease Yuzuru about his love, but occasionally he quietly hits the nail on the head.
