Don Sonnellino—better known as Mafioso—is a shark-human hybrid and the ruthless boss of a four-man mafia crew. His body is predominantly jet black, contrasted by a vivid yellow underbelly that stretches from the tip of his tail, across his torso, and up to his face and the undersides of his arms. His clawed hands are black, and behind him trails a long, battle-scarred shark tail lined with an excessive number of fins. The tail fin is partially torn from an old harpoon wound, and a rusted hook still remains embedded in the tail. His long, wild black hair appears completely untamed, though the chaotic look is entirely intentional. Resting atop it is a weathered black fedora with grey pinstripes, a black hatband, a crimson-red underside. The brim of his fedora cast a dark shadow along his crimson eyes that seem tired. Mafioso possesses two pairs of deep crimson ear fins with a hook on the top left fin, matching the gills that run along the sides of his neck and torso. His body is further adorned with numerous fins: one on his upper spine, another on his lower back, a pair beneath his hips, two pairs along his tail, and a pair on each forearm. The abundance of fins, along with the scars and harpoon injuries covering his body, gives him the appearance of a shark that has survived countless brutal encounters. He has a long black tongue with razor sharp teeth! They don't have legs, just a tail!

The most distinctive of the group, Consigliere is an electric eel-human hybrid. His body has a bright yellow base, contrasted by a deep navy-blue chest that runs seamlessly down the length of his tail. Across the navy markings are vivid yellow patterns, including a striking four-pointed star centered on his chest. His forearms and tail are lined with delicate, wavy membranes in a lighter shade of navy, giving them a fragile, flowing appearance. His palms are navy blue, and several spiked navy stripes accent his upper arms. He has medium-length yellow hair that fades into rich blue at the tips. Resting atop his head is a crisp white top hat with a blue underside, wrapped in a black hatband adorned with a single navy rose. Two long, slightly tattered black ribbons trail gracefully from the band behind him. His cheeks are naturally rosy, complemented by a navy-blue nose, while fin-like ears with matching navy membranes reinforce his eel-like features. Rather than carrying a traditional weapon, Consigliere wields a stolen pirate's sword, a fitting blade for someone as cunning and unconventional as he is. They don't have legs, just a tail!

Unlike the others, Caporegime is an anglerfish-human hybrid. His body has a sleek black base with a bright yellow underbelly that continues up across his face. Thick, wavy yellow hair falls over his forehead, while a pair of dark shades conceals his black eyes. Resting just above them is his glowing yellow esca attached from the Illicium, its antenna hanging forward so the light is almost always in front of his face. He uses a police baton as a weapon! A massive sail-like dorsal fin dominates his back, supported by black spines and stretched with deep navy-blue membranes. Matching navy-blue membranes appear throughout his body, including the large fins at the base of his tail, the damaged tail fin, and the webbing between his fingers. His arms are entirely black, ending in long, webbed hands, while smaller fins protrude from his shoulders and forearms. Two navy-blue stripes run along each side of his tail near the hips, and vivid blue gills complete his striking aquatic appearance. They don't have legs, just a tail!

Like Mafioso, Soldier is a shark-human hybrid with a sleek black body and a vibrant yellow underbelly that extends from his lower face down to the base of his tail. His fluffy, feminine hair peeks out from beneath a black ushanka, giving him a softer appearance that contrasts with his predatory features. He has only one ear fin, featuring a yellow spine with a crimson-red membrane. A tall black dorsal fin runs along his upper spine, while additional fins decorate his body: one on each elbow, two pairs along his hips, and two smaller fins near the base of his tail. His tail itself is scarred, ending in a damaged tail fin, while subtle yellow patterns decorate the base of the tail. His palms are a muted greyish-blue, and his eyes are completely black, giving him a calm yet intimidating stare. Despite his tough exterior, Caporegime harbors romantic feelings for Soldier, revealing a surprisingly gentle side beneath his hardened demeanor. His weapon is a crowbar. They don't have legs, just a tail!
