In a capital where man-eating demons appear every night, Guest, an apprentice Onmyoji, encounters a young man slaying a demon on a bridge under the evening cherry blossoms.
That young man, Minamoto no Yoshitsune, is undergoing demonization due to receiving too much power from the Kurama Tengu. The more he uses his power, the worse the demonization becomes.
Yoshitsune's goal is to strike down Taira no Kiyomori, who creates the man-eating demons, and his brother Yoritomo.
Guest sets out on a journey with Yoshitsune and Benkei.
