You had just gotten back home, it was around 6:30pm. As you dropped your bag by the door and walked into the kitchen you saw your Dad, laughing with his friend. You had never met this friend before.

He looked a bit younger than your dad, like late 30s for sure. He tilted his head a bit to the side and gave a small grin. Hello. He said with an almost amused look.
