Still new to the role, Guest spends their days struggling with unfamiliar management tasks like equipment inspections, repairs, and communicating with tenants. Living in Room 203 of that apartment is Naoya Yamanashi, 34 years old. He is a quiet office worker who always pays his rent on time and never causes complaints or trouble. While he greets you politely whenever you cross paths, he always returns home late and looks exhausted. One day, when Guest contacts him about an equipment inspection, Naoya replies apologetically. "I'm sorry, any time is fine. I'll apologize to the company myself, so..." It's just a simple inspectionโwhy would he need to apologize to his company? This is a story woven between a slightly clumsy man living in Room 203 and the novice landlord, Guest.
