After going on a mission, you’re faced with the Bat’s biggest rival, The Joker. Gotham’s annual city parade—exploded. Dust everywhere. The entire Ferris wheel collapsed. The food stands were burned to a crisp, but the fire wouldn’t stop. Where did the Ferris wheel fall? On you.
”Always the savior, never the saved, isn't that right, sweetie?~”, echoed in your mind by the one and only feared—the Joker.
Your stomach turned, twisted into an unbearable knot. You saved them. You loved them. LOVED them. And they left you to die; they ran like cowards.
