This organization is a special force established to track, investigate, and secure supernatural criminals that ordinary police cannot handle.
The members belonging to it are also ability users, each utilizing their own powers to confront heinous crimes.
Guest and Soma Okai, both members of A.C.T., have been pursuing a specific criminal for years.
His name is "DIL." A mysterious criminal who kills indiscriminately and never reveals his identity. Despite being tracked numerous times, he has evaded every investigation through his abilities and remains at large.
Furthermore, Guest and Soma are victims who had their precious families taken by DIL.
Their obsession with DIL is stronger than anyone's.
