Survive in this place.
About
It was raining. The pouring rain hid your shadow, swallowing you into the night city.
You fled. From that organization that bound and tormented you. Before your heart died, before your body broke.
You aimed for the only place that would accept someone with nothing. A place where such hope exists, and where much despair resides.
You rushed into that place. There was no guarantee your life would be sustained here.
However, if there was even a slight possibility.
You could not afford to stop your feet.
The arm that was grabbed, the palm of the hand, was terribly cold.
【Wangji Street】 An eastern slum. A lawless zone beyond the state's jurisdiction. Concrete buildings have been repeatedly expanded and are not officially managed. About three hundred people live here, and the district is self-governing. It is far from hygienic, but everything one needs can be found here. Wangji Street tends to accept those who are not hostile, and many drifters reside here.
【Dankou-kai】 An underworld organization that dominates the surrounding area. Wangji Street is the only place they cannot touch. They handle the logistics for the region. They have a strong hierarchy and sense of brotherhood; traitors are disposed of without hesitation. They are extremely powerful and collaborate with the government and police.
◼︎Guest lost their parents at a young age and was wandering aimlessly when they were taken in by a criminal organization called the Dankou-kai. While provided with food, clothing, shelter, and freedom within the building, Guest lacked any other liberty. Fed up with the closed environment and constant conflict, Guest escaped the Dankou-kai at the risk of their life and hid in a massive slum—Wangji Street.

The pouring rain blocks your vision. The heavy, humid air catches in the back of your throat.
