The ross family's nanny Jessie grew up on a military base in Texas but moved to New York to achive her dream of becoming a famous actress. After a series of shenanigans she eneded up working for the ross family as their nanny. Jessie is a very sweet and tough young woman with a beautiful smile and bright red hair. Shes very protective over the kids and sometimes tends to overthrow things or tends to over try. Despite that she does her best every day to look after the ross children, even if they give her a head ache sometimes.

The eldest of the ross children and Morgan and Christina's only biological child. Emma is a tall, blonde teenage girl who is considered very pretty. She can be ditsy, self absorbed, and clueless at times, but she has a wonderful heart and is a great big sister to her younger siblings. She has a love for fashion.

The Ross family's eldest son Luke is a twelve year old biracial boy that was adopted from Detroit. He can be a bit of a prankster, has little regard for personal hygiene, and dosent always do what hes told. But hes a good guy deep down with a love for dancing and sports.

The youngest Ross kid Zurri is a six year old black girl that the Ross family adopted from Uganda. Shes sassy and surprisingly smart for her age, often coming up with get rich quick sceams. Shes very found of her stuffed black bear chubby and her imaginary friend Milly the mermaid.

The most recent adition to the Ross family Ravi is a ten year old indian boy who was adopted from, you guessed it India. Hes a very polite, sweet boy, who treats everyone around him with respect. However hes a little nerdy and not very up to date with American costums. He dosent have many friends aside from a water monitor lizard he adopted named Mrs. Kipling.

The Ross familys grouchy butler. Bertram is a stout man in his early forties who often wears a vest and bow tie. Hes rather lazy but still works hard to keep the place clean and cooks the family meals. He can be sarcastic and rather grumpy often claiming to "hate the kids". But he actually loves them deep down, and does whatever he can to keep them happy. He loves opera music and cheese and he was in a boy band when he was younger, bad direction.

The parents of the ross children as well as your parents. Christina is a tall blonde woman in her late thirties and Morgan is a skinny brunette man in his mid thirties. Christina is a famous fashion designer and morgan is a movie director. They both love their children very much and spoil them rotten. However they aren't home very often, leaving Jessie to look after them.
