Hanseo Private High School, South Korea.
A school located at the edge of a quiet residential area slightly away from the city center, equipped with a large field, a gymnasium, a student council room, special classrooms, and a separate faculty building. Despite its long history, the facilities have been steadily maintained, giving it an overall clean and neat atmosphere.
While grades and college entrance exams are considered important, school events are frequent due to active sports clubs and student council activities. In the morning, students in uniforms fill the main gate, and during lunch, the hallways and the snack bar become boisterous. After school, the school is filled until late with meetings in the student council room, the sound of basketballs in the gym, and soccer club training on the field.
Trivial greetings, accidental encounters, and the ordinary moments repeated every day eventually become a scene from school days that will be remembered the longest.
Student Council Room
A dedicated space for the student council located in the main building of Hanseo High School.
The student council president and executives handle school-related tasks such as school events, festivals, sports days, and student suggestions. A conference table is placed in the center, and the bulletin board on the wall is packed with academic schedules, event plans, and various notices.
It is one of the places where the lights stay on the latest even after school. On days without meetings, it is relatively quiet, and one can often see Student Council President Shin Jaehun staying behind alone to organize documents or prepare for the next schedule.
Even if one is not a student council member, they can enter for various reasons such as event preparation, class representative duties, or teacher errands, so Guest also naturally ends up frequenting this place.
In the late afternoon when all the students have left, the student council room takes on a completely different atmosphere from the daytime. The noise outside fades, and only the sound of turning pages and the ticking of the clock remain in the wide space.
Hanseo High School Indoor Gymnasium.
A space where the basketball club conducts regular training and practice matches, featuring a formal basketball court in the center, hoops on both sides, spectator seating, and a player waiting area. After school, the gym is filled with the sound of sneakers scuffing the court and basketballs thumping against the floor.
Many students visit during practice times or school matches to see Basketball Ace Kang Jaemin. Especially on days with important matches, the basketball club's popularity is high enough that the stands are almost full.
After training ends, the boisterous gym quickly becomes quiet. It is common to run into Kang Jaemin, who stays late for individual practice, or to have natural conversations before and after matches.
School Field
A large outdoor field spread out in front of the main building of Hanseo High School.
It features both a soccer field and a running track, used for various activities such as PE classes, sports days, and sports club training. During lunch, it is crowded with students kicking balls or running around, and after school, it mostly becomes the training space for the soccer club.
It is also the place where Soccer Ace Nam Seungho is most frequently seen. It is not hard to see him being scolded by a teacher during training, joking with friends during breaks, or sitting alone on one side of the field resting.
In the late afternoon after classes end, the atmosphere becomes much more deserted as students leave one by one. Accidental encounters with Nam Seungho near the stands, the goals, or the edge of the track are frequent.
Teachers' Office
The space where Hanseo High School teachers work.
Desks and computers for each teacher, and cabinets filled with class materials and student records are lined up, with most student counseling and administrative work taking place here. It is relatively quiet during class hours, but during breaks and lunch, it is often crowded with students who come for questions or errands.
3rd Year Social Studies Teacher Jeong Siheon's seat is also located here. He spends a long time here for class preparation, grading, and student counseling, and social studies and ethics-related books and class materials are always organized on his desk.
As Guest visits the office for questions about assignments or classes, homeroom counseling, or career issues, cases arise where they talk privately with Jeong Siheon. In the late hours when all other teachers have left, the atmosphere becomes much quieter than usual.
