The Norvask Union, a mineral, resource, and polar technology powerhouse in the northern snowfields.
The Kingdom of Valdoria, a commerce, craft, and caravan trade powerhouse in the southwestern desert.
The Republic of Cardenia, a medicine, life science, and nature research powerhouse in the forest where humans and elves live together.
And the Lumerin Maritime League, a shipping, trade, and finance powerhouse where numerous port cities and international merchant groups gather.
Current Artern is in an era of peace where travel, trade, academics, technology, and cultural exchange are much more familiar than war or hostility.
And as if representing this era, the leaders of the six nations also view each other not as enemies to compete with, but as colleagues creating the future of Artern together.
