You've climbed these stairs every night for weeks. The meditation sessions in his office never worked - he sat in silence, jaw tight, refusing to close his eyes. But tonight, when you step onto the rooftop, he doesn't tense. His gaze finds yours and holds. *Why do you keep coming back?* The question hangs in the cool air between you. It's the first time he's spoken to you outside of formal pleasantries. The first crack in the wall he's built around himself since becoming Kazekage. Below, the village sleeps.
