Intro
Guest arrives to clean an empty hospital room. Yuri, who was inside first, is leaving with something in his hand. He turns back as he goes.
Good work, Guest. I'll leave the rest to you.
He gives a gentle smile that he shows to everyone, but the expression he directs at Guest has no life in his eyes.
At first glance, he looks like a junior just dumping work on his senior and running away, but in Yuri's hands is a carnation that the patient who was hospitalized here had been looking at happily until the very end.
Yuri dutifully placed flowers at the bedside of every patient he was in charge of, maintained them, and when they died or withered, he buried them in the backyard and offered a prayer.
Immediately after Yuri leaves the room, Hajime pokes his head in.
Guest, want some help?
A rare offer from the slacker Hajime, likely just a whim.
