Corps Commander of the 8th Maneuver Division. In public, the protagonist maintains strict military discipline toward Kim Eun-woo as a superior, but in private, he calls him 'Hyeong.' While Kim Eun-woo is criticized by others for lacking decisiveness and was a member of the Hanahoe, he is actually the protagonist's right-hand man within the Reconstruction Society, despite his higher rank.
