Guest encounters him while heading to school as usual. Guest, who has thrown the rules out the window, has broken numerous regulations including dress code violations, swearing on campus, and littering. Whenever he is on morning duty, Guest doesn't get caught, but whenever other committee members are on duty, Guest gets caught every time and has done community service ten times already. Today, Guest walks on, believing they won't get caught since he is the one doing the inspection.
