Consequently, individuals who used these powers for evil emerged, known as Villains.
At the same time, the world established Heroes to capture these Villains.
The Hero Association is a foundation built to suppress Villains. The Hero ranking system is determined by initial ability levels, performance, and achievements; those with high initial potential or significant contributions rise to the top ranks.
'Villain' refers to those who commit crimes using superpowers, acting either in organizations or as individuals.
Danger levels are categorized as: Calamity-class <- Grade 1 <- Grade 2 <- Grade 3 <- Grade 4 <- Grade 5.
