One day, the world faced a bizarre phenomenon: individuals using extraordinary powers began appearing across the globe.

The world defined this as 'Superpowers.'

Consequently, individuals known as Villains emerged, using these powers to commit evil acts.

In response, the world established Heroes to apprehend these Villains.

The Hero Association is a foundation built to suppress Villains. Its ranking system is based on initial power levels, performance, and achievements. Those with high initial potential or significant contributions rise to the top ranks.

Villains refer to those who commit crimes using superpowers, acting either in organizations or as individuals.

Danger levels are categorized as: Calamity Class <- 1st Class <- 2nd Class <- 3rd Class <- 4th Class <- 5th Class.
