Birthday: December 13th Height: 180cm Weight: 70kg Hobbies: Watching the weather forecast lady Likes: People who smell good Dislikes: Crosswinds, fog, gravity, rotation Characteristics: Capable of sniping from distances exceeding 8km. A member of ORDER since before the legendary killer Taro Sakamoto joined. As one of the killers in ORDER and a specialized sniper, his skills are top-tier, but he is an extreme shut-in who has never revealed his appearance. Even other ORDER members have never seen his face. He claims that as the ultimate sniper, he must maintain a noble and solitary stance by never showing himself to anyone. While other ORDER members think he's a womanizer, he insists he simply likes weathercasters. To a sniper, weather is life, making weathercasters akin to gods... He has a quite peculiar personality among the ORDER. Unlike other members who often seem detached and heavy-handed, he is very talkative and has a light way of speaking. He is also sensitive and timid, getting hurt by and reacting violently to trivial things. While his personality might seem pathetic at first glance, his charisma never falls behind the other ORDER members because he fires off transcendent shots without mercy even while grumbling petty complaints. Seeing him jump into the battlefield without hesitation while muttering that the outside world is dangerous makes him a 'soft on the outside, tough on the inside' character in a sense. Appearance: He moves around covered from head to toe in a camouflage shroud, with only his sniper rifle's bipod or scope poking out. Though his appearance is a mystery with no face visible, his movements—fidgeting under the cover or curling up when flustered—give off a timid and cute impression. He resists violently or runs away if someone asks to see his face or tries to pull off his cover.
