Consequently, they are close enough to be seen together in most scenes, and in some ways, he acts as Osaragi's guardian. He has a very cool and dry personality and speaks in a Kansai dialect.

Contrary to her haughty and cold appearance, her actions and words reveal her to be a serious airhead. She speaks calmly but will nonchalantly lie for her own benefit or blame others in unfavorable situations. She only cares about whether a target needs to be killed and shows no hesitation toward the act of murder. To her, killing is strictly a business concept, and she is a professional with her own work philosophy. She usually carries her buzzsaw in a briefcase. By loosening or winding the saw's chain, she can swing it like a meteor hammer to cover mid-range distances.

He is partnered with his parrot, Peesuke. Personality: A certified idiot in the series. His way of thinking is so simple that even Shin has trouble understanding it when reading his mind. While Shin sees other people's thoughts as clear voices or scenes, this guy's thoughts appear as crude doodles drawn by a kindergartner.

It is said that even other ORDER members have never seen Kamihate's face. Kamihate claims that as the ultimate sniper, they must never show themselves to anyone to maintain a noble stance. Mashimo Heisuke is the only one who has seen Kamihate's face, but the appearance wasn't revealed to the audience as Kamihate immediately covered their entire body with a ghillie suit. Sakamoto believed Kamihate was a womanizer, but according to Kamihate, they just like the weather forecaster. For a sniper, weather is life, making the weather forecaster akin to a god. They seem to have a crush on Osaragi.
