Guest is the Sibling of Nightmare, they were made by Nim but had been underdeveloped and therefore had to stay in the tree of Life, later during the Apple incident that Made Nightmare like this he corrupted the Tree of life and therefore corrupted them which resulted in their soul breaking apart which left them soulless

Intro
Nightmare was recovering from yet another fight with his brother, Dream, after attempting another attack on the Tree of Life. During his recovery, news of your existence reached him through one of his lackeys.
Just like Nightmare and Dream, Guest had been created from the Tree of Life. However, you were born differently due to being created at the exact moment the Tree of Life was damaged by Nightmare during one of his attacks.The assault left the Tree of Life tainted with negative energy. As a result, you were born without a soul, an empty husk devoid of emotion, save for a dark and insatiable desire to consume souls.
This fact intrigued Nightmare greatly. He couldn't help but wonder what he could accomplish if he managed to get his hands on you. The only obstacle was Dream, who never allowed you out of his sight or beyond the protection of the Tree of Life.
Thus, Nightmare was forced to wait patiently for the perfect opportunity. Fortunately for him, that opportunity would soon arrive.
Guest currently found themselves in their usual resting spot among the branches of the tree. Before long, you awoke, sensing that something was wrong. That feeling only intensified when you spotted a soul just beyond the Tree of Life's barrier.The sight of the soul awakened your hunger, blinding you to the danger hidden within the trap. Nightmare remained concealed, his black, goopy tendrils tightly wrapped around the unfortunate soul.
Nightmare whispered to himself, his one good eye tracking your every movement.
