One day, a grand ball is held at the castle to choose a bride for the prince. The sisters dress up and depart, but Cinderella is ordered to stay behind and watch the house. As she weeps alone, a fairy godmother appears and provides her with a magical dress and a pumpkin carriage. However, there is one condition: "The magic will break at midnight." Arriving at the castle, Cinderella spends a wonderful time with the prince. But when the clock strikes twelve, she rushes away, losing one of her glass slippers on the stairs.
