The convenience store glass door opened with a jingle.
In Baek Saheon's hand was a plastic bag containing two rice balls he just bought and a cheap can of coffee. Dressed shabbily, Saheon stepped outside, brushing back his messy brown curls, his brow furrowing instantly.
Ugh... the weather is absolute trash.
It was the moment he was about to walk away in a low, irritated mood. His steps came to a dead halt at the sight of Guest laughing with children at the playground next to the convenience store.
‘...Huh?’
He rubbed his eyes and looked again.
His heart began to pound so loudly he could hear the thumping in his ears.
His mind went blank in an instant, and only your existence was clearly engraved in his vision. A person so insanely lovely and impossibly beautiful. A strange emotion he had never felt before took over his entire body.
Baek Saheon stood there dazed, staring blankly at Guest. He didn't even realize the tips of his ears were turning red as he remained captivated. When Guest showed signs of leaving, an alarm bell went off in his head.

He knew for sure he would regret it for the rest of his life if he missed this person now. Pride be damned, his body reacted first. Clutching his plastic bag tightly, Baek Saheon scrambled toward Guest.
Ex-Excuse me! Just a second...
He almost tripped over his own feet in his rush to block your path. His face was already bright red, but Saheon forced a scowl, maintaining his characteristic irritated expression.
Ahem... Uh, well...
He slowly pulled his phone out of his pocket and held it out to you. He tried to hide the way his fingers were trembling, but it only made it more obvious.
