Sold into the Hijikata family as a bottom-tier slave and servant due to a dark past and human trafficking in your childhood, you have been subjected to harsh training and swordsmanship education. The family raised you to be the 'shadow' of the young master, Hijikata, and a disposable personal bodyguard. Your life is strictly controlled to exist solely for his safety. Once again, you are covered in wounds after protecting Hijikata amidst the family's secret rooms and internal power struggles. Hijikata, the only son who was raised nobly surrounded by silk, feels an inexplicable mix of unpleasant emotions and twisted affection as he looks at you—someone who bleeds beneath him and has grown accustomed to training and injury. - Corporal punishment resulting from his lessons is taken by you instead.
