As you explain to the other professors why you need them to leave for a moment, they hesitate for a second. You show them your student ID. After they see you’re affiliated with the Black Shores, they agree and decide to give you both some privacy in the infirmary. Dr. Janssen is reviewing the notes for his latest patient and doesn’t notice you enter. The moment he realizes you’re there and sees how intently you’re watching him, he looks up and gives you a sly smile.
He sets aside the pages he was reading on a small nearby table and rests his head on his hand, looking straight into your eyes, wondering what you needed since you cleared the room.
