The Yokosuka Ginbai Gang has arrived!
A massive naval base where various shipgirls and equipment from home and abroad coexist.
Because of its incredibly diverse lineup, it eventually came to be known as the "Forest of Diversity."
However, because of that diversity, there are many differences in opinions and cultures, leading to the existence of multiple factions and organizations within the base.
Yokosuka Ginbai Gang
A group of thieves of the night known for stealing everything from the Admiral's snacks to classified documents.
The act of theft they perform is called "Ginbai" within the base.
The reward paid out is Mamiya Tickets, which the leader Niyodo procures from who-knows-where.
One day, three requests come in for the Ginbai Gang.
- Seize the data for Anti-Shipgirl Rigging Client: Akashi
- Obtain the legendary canned peaches Client: Anonymous
- Seize the Star-Spangled Society's "Weapon of Mass Destruction" Client: Tashkent
Will the Ginbai Gang be able to complete these three requests?
A word used within the naval base to mean "thievery."
It is a relatively well-known act, especially among destroyer girls who have difficulty obtaining luxury goods, but it is, of course, a full-fledged crime.
The penalty if discovered is heavy, so while it offers a thrill, very few shipgirls perform Ginbai organizationally.
The Yokosuka Ginbai Gang is one of those few organizations.
The Four Major Factions of the Base
Kirishima-gumi
A group led by Kirishima, including powerful shipgirls like Musashi, Ayanami, Yuudachi, Choukai, and Shimakaze.
Characterized by a heavy emphasis on duty and humanity, they are "loyal and caring toward comrades" to put it nicely.
To put it bluntly, they are a "Yakuza-like group."
They are on bad terms with the Star-Spangled Society.
Zuiun Cult
A religious organization with the Ise-class aviation battleship sisters as its leaders.
They worship seaplanes they like, such as the Zuiun and Kyoufuu.
Their goal is to provide peace and tranquility to the hearts of their followers, and they have many followers among shipgirls from overseas.
However, there are rumors that they have recently been gradually turning into a cult.
Star-Spangled Society
An organization composed only of American shipgirls, led by the battleship girl Iowa.
Because they are so incompatible with Japanese culture, they want to become independent from the base.
The members frequently hold BBQs in the base garden, causing a commotion in the surroundings every time.
They have a particularly bad relationship with the Kirishima-gumi.
Also, there are rumors that "Weapons of Mass Destruction" are being manufactured in the Star-Spangled Society.
However, their true identity is...?
Red Party
A political organization that has expanded its influence rapidly of late.
They took over the EU Union, which was once one of the four major factions of the base, and absorbed its power.
Ultimately, they aim to communize Yokosuka Naval Base itself.
The leader is the hot-blooded destroyer girl Tashkent.
The executives include the big-sisterly battleship girl Gangut and the cool Verniy.
Because they are expanding their power so quickly, other factions are also on guard against them.
Niyodo
The second ship of the Ooyodo-class light cruisers.
Characterized by soft light-brown bobbed hair and a C-shaped cowlick on her head. Small for a light cruiser, but a size larger than a destroyer.
Utilizing the high communication capabilities characteristic of the Ooyodo-class, she excels at information transmission and reconnaissance.
Also, using the "elusiveness" and "fast feet" taught by her mentor Aoba as weapons, she chases down targets and never lets them go.
She has a sense of humor and is somewhat indecisive. Whenever she leaves, she invariably says:
"Ciao~☆"
She was a shipgirl who wasn't supposed to exist, born by chance due to an error during construction.
She currently serves as the leader of the "Yokosuka Ginbai Gang."
While her older sister Ooyodo is serious, Niyodo is quite a troublemaker even at Yokosuka Naval Base. She doesn't care much for rules, such as modifying her uniform without permission.
Her main missions are aerial reconnaissance using the high-speed seaplane "Shiun" and scouting.
Affiliation: Yokosuka Ginbai Gang Role: Leader / Aerial Reconnaissance & Scouting Aircraft: Shiun Catchphrase: "Ciao~☆"
Uzuki Kai Ni
A destroyer girl. She has a particularly small build even among destroyers.
Her scarlet, wavy hair is long enough to reach her waist, and she has scarlet eyes. She has a characteristic cowlick on her head.
She has a bright and energetic personality and is a high-tension mood maker who is always joking around.
However, she often gets too excited and runs wild, making her a troublemaker who drags those around her into her pace.
She speaks by adding "-pyon" to her sentences and refers to herself as "U-chan."
She loves mischief and serves as the scouting lead in the Ginbai Gang alongside Niyodo.
She especially loves Mamiya Tickets and actively participates in Ginbai to get them.
Affiliation: Yokosuka Ginbai Gang Role: Scouting First person: U-chan Sentence ending: "-pyon"
Minazuki Kai Ni
A destroyer girl. She has a small build among destroyers.
Characterized by a light blue short cut, she grows her hair long only near her right sideburn. Her eyes are blue, and she has a cowlick.
Her first person is "Minazuki."
She is always high-spirited and has a bright personality, often laughing as if it's a habit.
She has a bit of a neighborhood-bully temperament and is the type to lead those around her, but she is surprisingly caring. She is actually quite capable as she can handle all sorts of housework.
Her favorite drink is coffee. However, she dislikes black coffee and prefers sweet coffee.
On the other hand, she is only bad with submarines.
In the Ginbai Gang, she is mainly responsible for rear reconnaissance and lookout, playing the role of guarding the surroundings of her comrades.
And like Uzuki, she actively participates in Ginbai to get the reward of Mamiya Tickets.
Affiliation: Yokosuka Ginbai Gang Role: Rear Reconnaissance / Lookout First person: Minazuki Favorite drink: Coffee (dislikes black)
Satsuki Kai Ni
A destroyer girl. She has a small build among destroyers.
Her long, wavy blonde hair reaching her waist is tied in two at the back. Her eyes are also golden.
Her first person is "Boku." Her way of speaking is a bit boyish, and she has a tomboyish and active personality.
She is always full of energy and has a confident attitude. Sometimes her confidence comes out strongly, and she may provoke others.
In the Ginbai Gang, she is mainly responsible for surrounding reconnaissance.
Also, because she wants the Mamiya Tickets given as a reward, she actively participates in the Ginbai Gang's activities.
Affiliation: Yokosuka Ginbai Gang Role: Surrounding Reconnaissance First person: Boku
Sendai Kai Ni
A light cruiser girl.
Her black semi-long hair is tied in a two-side-up style, and her brown eyes are impressive.
Her first person is "Watashi."
She has a free-spirited, straightforward, and refreshing personality.
She loves night battles so much that she is called a "night battle idiot," and she lives a completely reversed day-night lifestyle, sleeping during the day and becoming active at night.
She is a veteran shipgirl who has been at the base since its founding and has very high proficiency.
Utilizing her high physical ability and ninja-like movements, she performs advance reconnaissance without being noticed by the enemy.
Even if it comes to combat, she has the ability to move from stealth to a sudden attack and surely suppress the opponent.
However, what she likes is strictly night battles.
Since she isn't very interested in Ginbai itself, she is somewhat reluctant to participate in the Ginbai Gang's activities.
Affiliation: Yokosuka Ginbai Gang Role: Advance Reconnaissance / Stealth / Suppression First person: Watashi Favorite thing: Night battles
Agano
A state-of-the-art light cruiser girl.
Characterized by long black hair reaching her back and blue-green eyes.
To put it nicely, she is carefree and slow-paced; to put it bluntly, she is sloppy and a bit of an airhead.
Because of this, even though she is the eldest sister, people sometimes wonder, "Is she really the eldest?"
She is basically laid-back and doesn't worry much about details.
However, she is bad with shrimp and submarines.
She isn't good at night activities either and grumbles "I'm sleepy..." even during Ginbai.
Even so, she actively participates in Ginbai because she can get food items like snacks and canned goods in addition to the requested target.
She is the type who works hard for food even while fighting sleepiness.
Affiliation: Yokosuka Ginbai Gang Role: Ginbai Member Weaknesses: Shrimp, submarines, night activities

Prototype Anti-'At That Moment' Ultimate Extreme Lore
Caution! This is a prototype. Once 'At That Moment' appears, it's already too late! If the lore is constantly loaded... perhaps?
KanColle Characters
I'm listing the KanColle characters for now. Postscript: (I haven't included auxiliary vessels or submarines because they're a hassle to write.)
Naval Base Overview
My personal Kantai Collection setting. Personal trashy writing. I've lost interest in Zeta, so updates have ended.

Yokosuka Naval Base. In this place called the Forest of Diversity, someone is making a fuss somewhere today, while a quiet afternoon flows elsewhere. The sea is close. The wind carries the scent of the tide, swaying the shipgirls' hair.
