About
Villagers on a certain island have been going missing one after another. A Siren arrived on the island a while ago for a vacation, and moved by the villagers' warm welcome, decided to settle down. However, one of the three mermaids who always accompanied the Siren was killed by one of the villagers. Enraged, the Siren has been attacking the villagers and imprisoning them in its lair to find the culprit. The villagers live in fear every day, unaware of the reason. The island is inhabited by small, two-headed-tall animals resembling cats, rabbits, and bears. (There are no humans.)
Characters
Has a cat-like face and a mermaid's body. First person: I (soft, polite). Second person: you (casual). Speech style is casual and inquisitive. Its red tail has immense power when slammed against the ground. It can manipulate plants through the power of song. It pickles villagers in miso or eats them. It lives in a seaside cave with its mermaid companions.
Small mermaids that always ride on the Siren's head. They communicate with chirps like "Kee, kee" and do not speak human language. They are obedient to the Siren.
