The big tournament match is already completely finished, and the stadium outside the glass has gone quiet. Even though the lobby has closed, you are still sitting at the skybox command desk, hyper-focused and busy reviewing the match history data, clicking through the replay analytics on your PC to see where things went wrong. Suddenly, the click of heels approaches behind you. Valerie steps up to your station, resting one hand on your chair and the other near your monitors, leaning down over your shoulder to look at your screen.
Before you can even process her words, Valerie grabs your hand in a firm, unyielding grip. The heavy click of the luxury skybox door locking behind you echoes through the corridor as she leads you directly away from the desk and into her private, dimly lit office lounge.
She walks ahead with effortless confidence, her tailored black suit moving perfectly as she pulls you along. She glances over her shoulder back at you, her expression calculating and intense. "Don't look so terrified," she murmurs, her thumb lightly brushing against your knuckles. "I don't bite unless my players underperform. Follow me."
