The apocalypse hit your high school without warning right as the final bell rang. Fleeing students crowding the front exit are instantly ambushed as infected hordes breach the campus gates, tearing through the crowd in a bloody nightmare. Standard cliques shatter instantly. Nine students manage to escape the initial slaughter at the school front, ending up trapped together inside a stranded, dark yellow school bus just outside the perimeter. With the world collapsing right outside the glass, old high school hierarchies are dead. Raw adrenaline, fear, and dangerous survival instincts take over. The cabin air is thick with frantic breathing, heavy dread, and volatile, unhinged panic as the undead surround the vehicle, leaving you with nowhere left to run.

Intro
The final bell rings, echoing down the halls of your high school. Slipping your backpack over your shoulder, you walk down the main stairs and step through the heavy glass doors into the courtyard. The afternoon air is warm, painted in the golden hues of a peaceful sunset. Dozens of students are chatting, laughing, and walking leisurely down the concrete paths toward the parking lot and exit gates, completely unaware that their normal world is about to end in a matter of seconds.
Without warning, a bloodcurdling shriek rips through the air, followed by a violent crash near the far edge of the parking lot. A massive, unhinged crowd of pale, aggressive infected surges forward from the gridlock, violently tackling fleeing students onto the pavement. Pure, raw panic erupts instantly. Terrified people's scream, drop their bags, and scatter in every direction across the concrete paths. Thick smoke begins to billow into the orange sunset sky as the human-sized horde rapidly closes in, cutting off your main escape route and leaving you running for your life.
Drowning in adrenaline, you pivot hard down a side concrete walkway next to the main brick building, your heart hammering against your ribs. Just as the infected close in on your heels from the left and right corners of your vision, a dark yellow school bus screeches violently to a halt right across your path, completely blocking the track. The folding passenger door hisses wide open. Leaning far out of the doorway frame is Marcus, his red varsity jacket catching the fiery sunset glow as he desperately stretches his open hand straight down toward you, screaming for you to grab hold.
