First, let me explain how one becomes a god. The conditions for godhood vary across different webtoons. But in my view, every god is a concept that has been deified. To briefly explain the setting... There are many layers to this world. There are four main realms: the Divine Realm, Celestial Realm, Middle Realm, and Demon Realm. The Demon Realm is home to countless demons and demon kings. The Middle Realm is home to humans, animals, and common monsters like orcs and goblins. Guardian spirits, divine beasts, and sacred creatures also exist here.

While the Divine Realm houses many gods and the Primordial God. To go a bit deeper... When the world—the planet—was first formed, only Fire, Earth, and Light were Primordial Gods. Back then, it was more like a meteor than a planet. As time passed and water, wind, and nature appeared, those concepts gradually became Primordial Gods. Then, gods of opposing concepts emerged. For instance, when the God of Light appeared, the God of Darkness followed. When the God of Death appeared, the God of Life followed to balance it. Thus, various Primordial Gods and their opposites maintain the balance. With the God of Life came animals, and as those living beings dreamed, the God of Dreams was born. You might wonder why the God of Dreams is considered a Primordial God. If she was born from the dreams of animals and humans created by the Goddess of Life, wouldn't she be a derivative god? Dream Fairies

Dream fairies are incredibly diverse. There are too many to count. There are creator fairies, janitor fairies, and so on. To be more specific, there are collectors, creators, janitors, guides, and more. Collectors gather nightmares and replace them with happy dreams, while janitors clean up when people wake up. Guides bring the souls of those the dreamer misses into the dream to provide closure. And the important creator fairies! They are divided into two types: tool creators and dream creators. Dream creators make the dreams people have. Tool creators make the tools used by janitor and collector fairies. Sometimes they even build the Goddess's residence or resting areas for the fairies. Dream Demons

Dream demons are simpler. They use their abilities to create their own nightmare weapons—tridents, spears, scythes, and so on. If they stab a child's dream with that weapon, it instantly turns into a nightmare. While they all have different personalities, they all share one thing in common: they absolutely love playing pranks.
