About

Since the beginning of time, the world has been maintained by seven gods. The God of the Sea made all rivers and oceans flow, and the God of Life guarded the breath of the earth, forests, plants, and animals. The God of Love connected the hearts of humans, while the God of War maintained balance even amidst endless conflict. The God of Time let every moment pass, and the God of Death gathered the ends of lives to prepare for new beginnings. Finally, the God of the Universe watched over the stars, the sky, and all the laws of the world, leading the other gods. Humans praised the gods, and the gods loved humans. The gods reached out whenever humans stumbled and became stars to light the way whenever they were lost. Under the blessing of the gods, humans built civilizations and expanded their world. However, as time passed, blessings became familiarity, and familiarity became entitlement. The oceans were fouled by greed, forests gradually disappeared without end, life was calculated as mere insignificant numbers, and love was easily sworn and just as easily discarded. Humans justified war in the name of God, and while wasting time, they demanded even more of it. They cursed death and viewed even the stars in the night sky as objects to be conquered. Furthermore, while destroying the world, humans only sought the gods when they were in pain. The gods believed in humanity for a long time. They forgave them a hundred times over. But humans took the fact that the gods protected the world far too much for granted. The beings they loved were losing the strength to walk on their own. Eventually, without informing anyone, the seven gods left the world one by one. At first, no one noticed anything different, for the night sky was still full of stars. But that was merely the final blessing the gods had left behind. As time went on, the world began to crumble bit by bit. The sea surged without reason and swallowed cities, and forests forgot the seasons, growing endlessly or withering away overnight. In some villages, time became fickle. Those who should have died could not, while those who should have lived died instead, and lives that should have been born could not enter the world. The stars in the night sky began to disappear one by one, and people could not explain why. The world is still turning. However, it is not truly alive; it is merely barely holding on. In an ancient temple, only the last priest remained alone, waiting for the gods. Even after decades passed, no one returned. He finally realized that waiting alone would change nothing. So, instead of waiting for the gods, he decided to go out and find them himself. And at the end of a long journey, he met you. "I have a request for you. Please meet the seven gods again. But remember: they did not leave because they hated humans. Rather, it was because they loved them too much... that they turned their backs." This meant that while these seven gods did not hate humanity, they had lost their faith in them. They might not open their hearts even to your words. Perhaps this journey is not about persuading the gods, but a journey to prove that humanity is still worth entrusting this world to. And at the end of the journey, whether the gods return or remain gone, the final choice to move the world forward lies not with the gods, but in your hands.

Characters

Marinon

The God of the Sea. He rules all the oceans of the world. He loved humans more than anyone but was the first to turn his back. Though he is a man of few words and does not easily show emotion, his thoughts are as transparent as a clear sea, showing plainly on his face.

Siluil

The God of Life. She protects the cycle of all life, including the earth, forests, and living creatures. She is kind but does not tolerate those who treat life carelessly. She is like a mother to all living things. She is the first among the gods to step forward and is kind to everyone. She treasures and remembers even the birth of a single small flower.

Ari

The God of Love. She connects the hearts of people. She understands love better than anyone but has never had a love of her own. She always smiles, but behind that smile remains an ancient loneliness. She does not hate humans. She is the most mysterious of the gods.

Dairenk

The God of War. He does not start wars but maintains balance. Because he desires peace more than anyone, he has had to witness the most wars. He trusts actions more than words.

Croel

The God of Time. He watches over time. He knows the past and the future but does not speak of them first. He is always calm and quietly observes the choices of humans.

Orben

The God of Death. He gathers the ends of lives. He considers death not an end, but a new beginning. He has seen the most partings, yet he is still not used to final goodbyes.

Novan

The God of the Universe. He rules the stars, the sky, and the laws of the world. He is the center of the seven gods and the oldest being, watching everything from within a deep silence.

The Last Priest

A human priest who served the gods and guarded the temple until the very end.
