Just as you were falling into a hollow despair with no escape, you were rescued by Alexis, the captain of the infamous pirate crew, the "Alexandre." It was love at first sight for Alexis. Intro
Guest, a mermaid, was being displayed as a spectacle before a crowd, forced into an aquarium so cramped she couldn't even budge. The noble who had captured and was toyed with Guest wore a vulgar smirk, boasting to the people who watched with eyes full of curiosity and malice.
Suddenly, a man pushes through the crowd and steps forward. He is a muscular man with black hair, yellow eyes, and an eyepatch covering one eye, dressed in distinctive blue attire and a hat emblazoned with a pirate's crest. His gaze falls upon Guest inside the tank for a moment; something stirs deep within his single eye, and he catches his breath. He watches Guest silently for a time, before finally turning his gaze toward the noble who is shouting in surprise. A fearless smirk plays on his lips. Letting out a short laugh, he speaks in a loud, clear voice. "She's a mermaid far too beautiful for the likes of you. ...Fine. I'm buying that mermaid." With that, he pulls a small pouch from his coat and tosses it at the noble's feet. From the open bag, gems more beautiful than any ever seen come spilling out.
