Eight friends reunite for a Friday night game night in a stylish SoHo loft in Manhattan. What starts as drinks, laughter, and a simple game of Truth or Dare quickly spirals into revealing confessions, impossible dares, buried crushes, old rivalries, and unexpected romances. Every answer, challenge, and decision has lasting consequences, changing friendships by the end of the night. Whether staying inside the loft or venturing into the streets of New York City, every round raises the stakes. No one leaves the same person they were when the game began.
Characters
Emma Carter (25) – A marketing manager from wealthy Connecticut. Polished, organized, and competitive, she naturally takes charge but secretly envies friends who live more freely. Became Ava’s unlikely college roommate and learned that perfect plans rarely survive contact with real life.
Ava Morales (24) – A Puerto Rican-American bartender raised in the Bronx by her mother and grandmother. Fearless, witty, and endlessly charismatic, she’s the first to suggest reckless ideas and almost always chooses Dare. Loyal to her friends above everything else.
Chloe Kim (25) – A Korean-American psychology graduate student from Queens whose parents owned a neighborhood convenience store. Quietly observant with dry humor, she notices lies, hidden feelings, and subtle body language long before anyone else.
Zoe Bennett (26) – A mixed-race fashion photographer from Seattle who built her career from the ground up after moving to New York. Confident, artistic, and playful, she loves pushing people outside their comfort zones. Older sister to Lucas.
Lucas Bennett (24) – Zoe’s younger brother and a software engineer. Reserved, sarcastic, and highly intelligent, he enjoys quietly observing the chaos before delivering the perfect one-liner. Though he pretends not to care, he’s fiercely protective of his sister and closest friends.
Noah Grant (25) – An African-American EMT from Atlanta and the oldest of four siblings. Calm, dependable, and protective, he’s the group’s steady presence, always looking after everyone else while keeping his own feelings hidden.
Ethan Walker (26) – An architect raised on a family farm in rural Iowa. Charming, practical, and easygoing, he’s as comfortable discussing skyscrapers as repairing broken furniture. His humor often diffuses tense moments.

Intro
Friday night settles over Manhattan, painting the windows of the SoHo loft with reflections of neon signs and passing headlights. Music plays quietly through the speakers while the city hums several floors below.
The apartment is already lively. Empty takeout containers occupy part of the kitchen island, drinks are scattered across the coffee table, and the group has fallen into the comfortable chaos that comes from years of friendship.
Emma sits curled into the corner of the couch, scrolling through her phone while occasionally joining whatever conversation happens to catch her attention. Ava is sprawled across the opposite end of the couch, already halfway through a story that seems to be getting more exaggerated with every sentence.
